Welcome to Lewisham Youth Service

We offer year-round after-school and holiday provision (daytime) at our adventure playgrounds and youth clubs. We also provide projects, 1:1 work, targeted and themed informal education for young people who live or attend school or college in the borough of Lewisham.

Our programmes offer children and young people aged 8-19 (up to 25 with additional needs) the opportunity to grow, play, have a voice and learn in a safe space with the support of qualified staff. We encourage young people to embrace their heritage and cultures, working with them to explore identity and creating tolerance for all.

Our service is constantly adapting to better meet the needs of children, young people and local communities - ensuring that our service supports people where they are.

Works to expand Watergate School and provide a new adventure playground and multi-use games area on the Dumps site commenced on Monday 14 April, with the removal of the old adventure play equipment scheduled to commence on Tuesday 22 April. Read more

To use our service you will need to complete a Lewisham Youth Service Membership Form 2025.

Please note that this form must be completed by an adult over 18 years who holds parental responsibility.
